Preregistration and Full Registration
Preregistration
Preregistration opens on 14th February 2011.
Participants can preregister by filling in the online preregistration form. Please click on "REGISTER NOW" found on the top right hand corner of the website.
Full Registration
Full registration ends on 31st May 2011.
For participants to acquire full registration, the Summer University fees must be paid. Please check the fee category which you belong to carefully. Payment can be made:

Invoices
Invoices can be collected at the Summer University Helpdesk positioned outside the auditorium of the Conference Centre of the University of Ioannina and operating during all morning plenary sessions.
Terms of Cancellation
In the unfortunate case of a cancellation, we would like to note that only written cancellations will be considered.
Until 9th May 2011, cancellations will be subject to a handling charge of 25€. Cancellations received between 10th May 2011 and 20th May 2011 will be subject to a fee of 80€. For cancellations made after 20th May 2011 no refund will be paid on the Summer University fees.
